When your climbing ability is stagnant, you may as well review from the following four elements to find out your shortcomings and overcome them one by one. I believe that you will make great progress!

a. Explosive power (within 10moves): maximum muscle strength + contact point muscle strength
b. Power endurance (15moves)
c. Endurance (above 20moves): maximum muscle strength + lactic acid metabolism
2、 Beauty
a. Softness
b. Coordination: efficiency
c. Skill: equilibration principle of regular triangle + close to rock wall
3、 Heart
a. Physiological control: sleep, diet, environmental adaptation, warm-up
b. Psychological control: arousal level: confidence & prudence
4、 Wisdom
a. Memory: speed
b. Judgment: find the difficulty
c. Reaction power: solving difficulties
d. Calmness: unable to crack
