The right posture for cycling

The right posture for cycling

Adjust the height of the bicycle: stand on one side of the bicycle, and the iliac bone (the bone bulging from the side of the waist) should be the same height as the bicycle seat.

Adjust the front and back distance of the single seat: the distance from the elbow to the fingertip of the palm is equal to the distance from the seat to the front handlebar.

Adjust the height of the handlebar: sit on the bicycle seat with both hands holding the handlebar in parallel. The arm of the upper limb forms a 90 degree angle with the upper body.

Body position: shoulder relaxed, sink;

Elbow adduction; body weight backward;

The abdomen is slightly tightened; the foot floor is always parallel to the ground (the heel can be slightly raised when the foot is raised).

In motion: when standing, don't shake your shoulders too much, and don't exceed the width of the handlebar. The body should not be too forward or backward to lose its center of gravity.
