Practice is: kneel on the ground, upper body straight, hands natural droop; Stretch your left leg back, land on your instep, inhale, and extend your arms parallel to the ground; Exhale, extend your body backward, push your pelvis forward, and tilt your head back; Keep posture and take 5 deep breaths; Return to the starting position, change legs and repeat.
